“One of the reasons I decided to try Move Like A Pro was for my eight-year-old son Lucas, who I didn’t want hitting bad habits,” he said.

“I was lucky in that my dad played sport when I grew up so I followed those tendencies, and now I’m trying to incorporate walking into everything we do.

“My son is still getting used to it – we’ll go to a toy shop and end up walking a few...

Saracens season-ticket holder Denis Collen, 51, has been taking part in Move Like A Pro sessions at Allianz Park. We asked him a few questions about his experience.

The Movember Foundation started with a single conversation back in 2003. Now that conversation has grown into millions of men's health conversations. All this talk is something which is very important to us, since we are not only about raising funds for men's health, but also about raising awareness. It's awareness that educates and prompts people to change behavior and take action, it's awareness which can ultimately change the face of men's health.

Dr. Mark Buzza, Programs Director at The Movember Foundation highlights why we are committed to accelerating global collaboration amongst researchers. This collective impact is helping promote innovation in research and ultimately improve and save the lives of men with prostate or testicular cancer. Find out more at
